Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist participants in achieving their employment goals through the provision of quality service and support.
2. To identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers.
3. To develop and implement effective job plans that meet the needs of participants.
4. To provide training and support to enhance participants' employability.
5. To maintain accurate records and reports as required.
6. To adhere to all contractual and compliance requirements.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification or experience in a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Willings to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
