Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Replacement Coordinator to lead our team in coordinating the end-to-end design, construction, and delivery of purpose-built fleet assets.
This role requires a strong ability to think critically, analyze data, and solve complex problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing and developing people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the design, construction, and delivery of fleet assets
* Ensure alignment with operational and capability requirements and fleet asset management plan objectives
* Lead a high-performing team and develop their skills and expertise
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Highly organized and proactive approach
* Good understanding of NSW Government Procurement, Supply, and Fleet policy and practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
