Join Our Team at Moree Maternity Outpatient Clinic
We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive team member to join our busy Maternity Outpatient Clinic. This is a rewarding front-line role where you'll support our clinicians behind the scenes and help deliver essential antenatal services to the Moree community.
The Opportunity
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting administrative operations. This role is required Tuesday through to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility available.
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Provide vital admin support to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
Handle phone and email enquiries with care
Keep accurate records and manage appointments using our internal systems (full training provided)
Work independently and collaboratively to keep the clinic running smoothly
