A White Card and Class C driver's license are essential qualifications for this position.
About You
* Hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance, asset care, and park cleaning.
* Confidence in leading teams and contractors, adjusting work schedules, and communicating effectively across all levels.
* Solid WHS knowledge and basic computer skills.
The Role
* Lead and coordinate a team of groundspersons to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain and repair equipment and assets to optimize performance.
* Develop and implement effective work programs and schedules to meet business objectives.
* Foster a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the team.
