With a strong reputation in the market and a solid pipeline of long-term contracts, they are looking to bring on an experienced Fire Service Manager to drive performance and growth within their service division.
The Role
This is a hands‐on leadership role overseeing a commercial fire services portfolio, with full responsibility for service delivery, client management, and financial performance. A key focus will be identifying and converting minor works opportunities from within the existing service base.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a commercial fire services portfolio with P&L responsibility of circa $2M
* Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors
* Build strong client relationships across a commercial client base
* Identify, scope, and deliver minor works opportunities from service contracts
* Drive operational performance, service delivery, and profitability
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in fire services, ideally within a service environment
* Proven experience managing service portfolios and P&L responsibility
* Demonstrated ability to extract and deliver minor works from service contracts
* Strong commercial acumen and client‐facing skills
* Leadership experience managing teams in a fast‐paced environment
