Our client located in Bayswater is a designers and manufacturers of Electrical Wiring Harnesses. They are seeking a Customer Support Technician to join their team. The role will require timely rework of Electrical Harnesses and Project Services for Customers on site or at Bayswater. Ideally you will have prior experience in a "Fault Finding" role which could be either electrical, auto electrical, engineering, mechanical, maintenance or facility management.
This role will commence on a casual basis with a view to a permanent position. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:35pm with the possibility of some overtime.
**Essential Criteria**
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valuable Mechanical or Electrical aptitude
- Have a logical and analytical mind to resolve issues
- Be prepared to work off site at Customer locations and on site in Bayswater
- Have a current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service
- Proficient with the use of Computers
- Knowledge of OH&S; and risk management
- Be prepared to complete a basic medical and functional assessment
