About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves juggling multiple priorities. You'll be the backbone of our operations, coordinating property campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from pre-market to settlement.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating property preparation, including arranging trades and contractors.
Managing marketing schedules, timelines, and pre-market processes independently.
Overseeing Building & Pest inspections and advising sellers on required works or quotes.
Organising and attending pre-settlement inspections and valuations.
Managing busy calendars and scheduling open homes, inspections, and key milestones.
Guiding sellers through the process from Authority signing to launching online.
Assisting with contract-to-settlement management, ensuring smooth handovers
Supporting the team by making buyer callbacks when required.
Being available for Saturday work and occasional evening open homes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong background in real estate administration, ideally as an Executive Assistant or Sales Associate.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
High attention to detail and proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
Proactive, self-directed, and confident, making independent decisions.
An upbeat attitude, bringing fresh energy to the team.
Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to have tough conversations when needed.
A process-driven mindset, with a focus on smooth execution.
Professional and approachable, able to quickly build rapport with sellers and buyers alike.
Comfortable guiding and directing the team when required.
