About the role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our rapidly growing team at Promitch Pty Ltd in the heart of Melbourne, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to a diverse range of commercial and industrial clients. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our clients' properties and facilities.
What you'll be doing
* Performing routine and reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
* Working as part of the team on commercial projects
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
* Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures
* Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
* A Plumber with 3+ years' post-apprenticeship experience
* Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication abilities
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Experience with hydro sewer jets and CCTV inspection cameras
* Experience in suspended and below ground drainage
* Experience in gas and water pipework installations
* A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards compliance
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
* Prior experience with Simpro advantageous
