Licensed Real Estate Agent or Registered Real estate Salesperson – Off-the-Plan & Completed Property Sales
Location: Various Sales Offices in Brisbane | Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time hours
We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Real Estate Agent (or Registered Salesperson) to join our sales team. This role involves working across various sales offices, selling both completed properties and off-the-plan developments.
About the Role:
You will represent a range of high-quality developments and completed properties, guiding clients through the purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with strong company systems, processes, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property presentations and attend sales offices to meet prospective buyers
* Manage inquiries and follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
* Provide accurate and professional advice on property options and purchase processes
* Work in alignment with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Maintain strong relationships with clients
About You:
* Must hold a current Real Estate License or be a Registered Real Estate Salesperson
* Friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic and must be available to work weekends (including Sundays)
* Previous real estate experience preferred, especially in project or off-the-plan sales
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remuneration:
* Commission-only or Debit/Credit scheme available
* Under the debit/credit scheme, commission is paid in advance at a weekly rate and deducted from commission payable when sales are made.
