What You'll Do
* Safely move raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and waste around the site
* Keep production lines flowing by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time
* Help with warehousing, storage, and general site housekeeping
* Work alongside the production team to support equipment and processes
* Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues to keep operations smooth and safe
* Follow all Visy safety standards while making every day efficient and organized
* Pitch in on other operational tasks as needed - no two days are the same
What We're Looking For
* Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
* Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred, but we'll train the right person)
* Strong safety awareness and a love for doing things right
* Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment
* Good communication and team skills
* Flexible to work varying shifts
* Physically capable and ready to get involved
