Summary
Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records. Administers medications to patients, monitoring for reactions or side effects. Records patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitors symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, reporting as necessary. Collaborates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.

Education and Experience
* Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Clinical nursing experience of 0-1 year required.
Licenses and Credentials
* Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Familiarity with principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
* Knowledgeable of care required by respective age groups.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
