Western Health is seeking a passionate Grade 2 Education Pharmacist to support the teaching and training of pharmacists, pharmacy interns, students, and technicians.
This position is permanent, full-time (80 hours per fortnight) and available now.
You will work within a dedicated team to develop and build capability in a young and rapidly growing pharmacy workforce. This diverse role offers opportunities in staff training, service development, and quality improvement.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
1. Hold at least 3 years' broad experience in providing high-quality pharmacy services across a range of specialties
2. Have experience in the training and education of pharmacy staff
3. Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to provide effective support and guidance for more junior team members
4. Have highly developed verbal and written communication skills
5. Proactively seek and act on opportunities to improve the teaching and training of pharmacy staff
