**As the Reservations Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of duties, including**:
- Maintain a strong understanding of each venue's menus and promotions
- Persuasively up-sell and cross-sell venues and packages
- Identify and resolve any issues that may emerge in a proactive manner
- Work coherently with Reservations and Venue Teams and Management to ensure reservations are properly communicated
- Uphold and enforce reservation policies, including cancellation policies and terms and conditions.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Act as the point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Ensure events run smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve event services.
**Essential requirements for the position**:
- Excellent phone manner with a flair for customer service and the ability to speak distinctly and persuasively
- Skilled in handling various guest interactions, including addressing complaints, accommodating special requests, and promoting sales
- Fluency in written and spoken English essential
- Computer literacy in a range of Microsoft office products
- Ability to multi-task and use initiative while under pressure to manage changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience and understand in hospitality industry

Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
