We are seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our well-established and supportive accounting practice based in West Leederville. Working with clients across a diverse range of industries, we provide comprehensive accounting, tax, and advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or upcoming accounting graduate looking to build a strong professional foundation with on-the-job training, direct client exposure, and ongoing support from experienced professionals.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will gain experience across a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including:
* Preparing Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and management reports for Individuals, Companies, and Family Trusts
* Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS)
* Communicating with external parties such as the Australian Taxation Office and financial institutions on behalf of clients
* Providing general tax support to the senior team
* Assisting across various accounting and compliance tasks as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A completed (or soon-to-be completed) Accounting Degree from an Australian institution
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and professionalism
* Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude
