Non Financial Risk Senior Manager - Central, Data and Technology

Join our Non‑Financial Risk team leading the line 1 risk advisory for Data Governance and Records Management portfolio. In this role you will drive risk uplift, mature practices and partner with varying stakeholder groups to ensure that risk is managed proactively, identify gaps and help streamline approaches.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will help shape our approach to data, information security, cyber and resilience by guiding risk uplift and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. You will develop and deliver practical strategies, support group‑wide improvements, and help build strong connections between business and technology teams. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives across artificial intelligence, technology, digital, data, design and engineering.


What You Offer

* 10+ years of data management, technology or risk experience gained from another technical domain such as cyber, engineering, architecture, etc.
* Delivery and transformation change experience gained from large complex, business‑led, technology‑enabled paradigms.
* Strong risk and control fundamentals with the ability to influence and negotiate with a wide stakeholder group. Experience from business‑owned control functions, product management, line 1 risk or audit would be valuable.
* Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, develop approaches, seek buy‑in and deliver to a roadmap.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and abstract technical information and transform it into commonly understood business language, producing high‑quality outputs.
