We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the fashion industry to join our team in Rosebery.
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction on emails and live-chat.
* Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions, and follow up as required.
* Ensuring customer profiles and communication are documented.
* Working with the returns team on processing returns and faulty replacements.
* Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested.
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store).
* Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and show initiative.
* Experience in a fast‐paced working setting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.Strong grammar skills.
* Comprehensive computer skills with an iMac.
