Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our major accounts in a dynamic phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of these key accounts, working across our iconic and global market-leading brands.

About the Role:
* Be the point of contact for all interactions and communication between stakeholders.
* Lead all Range Review processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Deliver KPIs, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics.
* Develop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spend.
* Partner with Category to understand account and customer data, to create insights and form recommendations.
* Collaborate with shopper activation on plans and strategy, build and execution.
* Create and lead business vital JBPs.
What You'll Bring:
* Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant field.
* 3-5 years as National Account Manager within FMCG/Grocery.
* Must have experience working with WW's PartnerHub.
* Customer facing, account ownership experience is essential.
* High level of financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade Spend.
