We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Internal Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team at our Canning Vale branch.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive performance, inspire your team, and play a key part in elevating our customer experience and sales outcomes.
You will bring a results-driven mindset, a passion for developing people, and the confidence to guide your team to exceed targets and KPIs.
What You'll Do Lead, coach and empower the Internal Sales team in line with our company values.
Build strong relationships with key customers and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively seek out new customers and opportunities to maximise market share.
Develop and monitor sophisticated performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare accurate sales reports, presentations and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
This office based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm from our Canning Vale head office You'll be someone who lives our values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement, and you will have: Proven Internal Sales leadership experience, ideally within hire or capital equipment.
Experience in telemarketing or call-centre sales management (highly regarded).
A hands-on leadership style with a track record of influencing and motivating others.
Strong people leadership and emotional intelligence.
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and video-conferencing tools.
Confidence preparing reports, presentations and sales performance insights.
A fun, energetic and team-focused approach.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or management (advantageous).
