Key Responsibilities:
* Perform welding tasks on ships, submarines, and in factory environments
* Be proficient in FCAW, MMA, MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques
* Meet required standards through regular welding requalification
* Read engineering drawings, interpret work instructions, and use general workshop tools & machinery specific to welding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent
* Indentured Apprenticeship or relevant experience in marine engineering
* Time served apprentice in marine engineering or naval engineering environment
