**The Role**
As a Store Manager, you will inspire your team to achieve greatness across all touch points of your store. You will lead, drive, develop and motivate your team to maximise store profitability, exceed KPI's and grow **YOUR **JD Sports business. All whilst ensuring you are delivering an internationally recognised, industry-leading service for our JD Sports customers.
**Commercialism and Business Development**
- Ensure sales targets and KPI's are achieved, if not exceeded
- Optimise and elevate store profitability through strategic business planning and analysis of store sales density
- Drive your business by analysing sales reporting and understanding your customer market's needs and wants
- Execute effective Visual Merchandising by presenting product to the JD standard that will attract, engage, and motivate customers to purchase
**Resilience, Adaptability and Pace**
- Ability to adapt to continuously changing processes and procedures, due to the JD Sports business rapid growth
- Confidence to make quick executive decisions in high pressure situations
- Ability to manage multiple key priorities in your store from people management, sales targets, campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management, P&L and in-store marketing
- Delegate certain tasks to other Managers within your store to ensure you are investing your time where it is needed most
- Manage store Back of House set up and complete daily walk through of all BOH areas to ensure stock replenishment, receipting and processing procedures are adhered to

- Motivate, inspire, and lead your team to bring their 'best self' to work each day
- Develop and implement measurable succession planning for your team's career goals
- Successfully performance manage employees were appropriate through training, support, and empathy
- Utilise your team by identifying their individual strengths and supporting with their areas of opportunity
- Responsible for all areas of recruitment including screening, interviewing and working closely with the HR and Payroll team to ensure a smooth 'on-boarding' process for all new starters
