We are working with a leading developer who owns and manages several commercial, retail, and residential assets across Australia. They are a respected, internationally connected organisation, and this is a newly created role to manage 3 commercial assets in Sydney/Melbourne.
This role sits across a tight commercial property portfolio and gives you genuine exposure from deal assessment all the way through to post‐investment performance.
For this role, it's essential that you have experience in contract negotiation and contract review locally.
Duties to include
* Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
* Providing recommendations on terms and commercial positions
* Feasibility, due diligence, and upfront assessment work
* Progress and risk reporting once deals are live
* Supporting fund structure, compliance, and operations
* Working on annual budgets with Property Management
* Liaising with agents, facilities managers, and internal stakeholders
What you bring
* 2-3+ years in asset management (leasing or development backgrounds welcome)
* Able to navigate competing views and personalities
