We're looking for a dynamic and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a critical business transformation as we implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is all about driving project success, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of the new system across our 20 locations.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate all phases of the ERP implementation project with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Monitor timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken
* Maintain project documentation and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings
* Lead change management strategies to support user adoption and business transformation
* Champion process improvements and a "fit to standard" approach
* Coordinate training programs and ensure readiness prior to go-live
* Provide post go-live support across multiple sites and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Undertake ad hoc tasks such as data clean-up and report building
Who We're Looking For
* Experienced - Proven experience in project coordination or management within system implementation or business transformation
* Change Leader - Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies
* Influential - Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Organised & Proactive - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Mobile - Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Desirable:
* Previous ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
* Experience in multi-site or decentralised businesses
* Project Management or Change Management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI)
