A bit about your role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will be responsible for providing specialist technical support and advice to key internal and external stakeholders within a State/ jurisdictional area(s), ensuring land access and stakeholder engagement activities are effectively implemented, consistent with regulatory and policy frameworks.
You will regularly engage with various external stakeholders, including Local Government Authorities, Statutory Approval Authorities, Utilities, corporate building owners, institutions, and strata managers across all nbn programs. You will also interface with nbn Delivery Partners and internal customers, working collaboratively to enable resolution of enquiries, complaints, incidents, and objections in line with relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA's), business processes and regulatory frameworks.
