Job Title: Transportation Infrastructure Manager
Job Description
This role will oversee the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of activities across divisions of the Road & Bridge Program. Key responsibilities include monitoring program progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions to ensure project and goal completion.
* Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate activities of supervisory personnel.
* Monitor program progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.
* Conduct research, prepare technical reports, and develop recommendations for program improvements.
* Assist senior staff in developing and delivering presentations.
* Support public officials regarding program matters.
* Collaborate with engineering staff, consultants, external agencies, and the public on capital projects.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, plus nine (9) years of progressive experience in transportation infrastructure maintenance and construction.

* Valid Florida Driver's license.
* FDOT Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)/Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification within nine (9) months.

Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of transportation infrastructure maintenance, construction, and management principles, along with proficiency in engineering principles, project management, and organizational leadership.
