About the role
We are a friendly and professional denture clinic seeking a reliable and motivated person to join our small team.
This is a part-time position working 3 days per week (23 hours total) on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and the position is available for an immediate start.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
* Scheduling and managing patient appointments
* Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
* Clinical cleaning of equipment and treatment areas downstairs, cleaning of lab area upstairs.
* Assisting with general office duties such as answering phones and handling correspondence
What we're looking for
* Friendly, organised and reliable
* Ability to calmly interact with a diverse client base with a mature approach and resilient attitude
* Comfortable using computers and practice management software
* Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
* Previous dental or medical reception experience is preferred but not essential
* A friendly, professional, confident and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* A good sense of humour
