Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Partnering with operational leaders to develop and implement workforce solutions in response to business needs.
* Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, proactively driving process, governance, and approvals to ensure timely outcomes. Partner with centres of excellence (workforce planning, recruitment, organisational development, and remuneration) to deliver seamless HR support.
* Making expert recommendations on various human resource policies and procedural matters including managing complex employee relations issues focusing on risk mitigation and fairness.
