Local & Convenient: the clinic is based in Thornton however the company tries to cater caseloads to your location About the Role: We are currently seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join this highly reputed team servicing predominantly NDIS clients, with additional engagements in Private and DVA sectors. The caseload ranges from individuals aged 15 upwards, with a 50/50 split of physical and intellectual disability. Common presentations include Stroke, MS and other neurological conditions. What You’ll Do: Client-Centered Interventions: Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Flexible Service Delivery: Provide both clinic-based (25%) and community-based (75%) services, ensuring accessibility and quality care for clients. Continuous Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training programs, including paid study leave (5 days per year), in-service sessions, and external workshops Collaborative Practice: Work alongside a dedicated and experienced team of Occupational Therapists Manageable targets: benefit from a balanced workload of approximately 20 billable hours per week Why Choose this company?
