If so, we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service agents to provide exceptional support to customers through both digital channels (messaging, email) and over the phone.

This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, connecting customers with the solutions they need and provide exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

* Be the friendly, helpful voice (or keyboard) that guides customers through their banking journey.
* Tackle inquiries with confidence, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions.
* Use your excellent communication skills and empathy to build lasting relationships with customers.
* Educate and encourage customers to utilise self-service and digital channels, making their lives easier.

Who we're looking for:

* Customer service minds that are passionate about helping people
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a contact centre environment (preferred, but not essential).
* Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* Full working rights for the duration of a 3 month contract.
