Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* Proven experience in managing civil construction projects, including contract management and cost control
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to build strong relationships
* Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
