The Digital Partnership teams provide effective and efficient ICT support services across Queensland. This role ensures that administrative support, focusing on financial accounts, human resources, and information management, is provided to the work unit in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars, and conferences, events, travel arrangements, and appointments.
* Provide administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
* Provide financial administrative support to the business unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable, and systems application (SAP/R3).
* Provide human resource support to the business unit by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing basic HR advice, and applying legislation.
How You Will Be Assessed:
* Ability to deliver high-quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
* Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources, and records management.
* Experience in the use of computers and software packages (e.g., MS Office, electronic mail).
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
Specific Working Conditions:
* It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine-preventable diseases during their employment: measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), and hepatitis B.
* An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
