Are you a dynamic leader ready to shape the future of Allied and Industrial Health in a forward-thinking, community-focused organisation? The Panaceum Group is seeking an Operations Manager - Allied & Industrial Health to drive excellence across our Allied Health, Industrial Health, and Rehab Gym departments.

This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that blends operational management, people leadership, business development, and quality improvement—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As part of our management team, you'll work alongside the General Manager, and other leaders to develop and grow multiple integrated service areas. In this hands-on role, you will:

Lead operations that ensure high-quality care and seamless service delivery

Drive financial performance with smart budget planning and strategic reporting

Build strong teams through recruitment, mentorship, and positive workplace culture

Grow our Industrial Health services by developing and maintaining key industry partnerships

Enhance patient and staff experience through robust quality, safety, and governance systems

Shape the future of Allied and Industrial Health within a highly respected healthcare group

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings energy, professionalism, and genuine passion for people and process. You will thrive in this role if you have:

Proven experience in operations or practice management

Strong financial acumen and confidence with reporting systems

Understanding of allied health, medical terminology, and healthcare operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

A solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, practitioners, and industry partners

A desire to contribute to organisational culture and continuous improvement

Qualifications such as a Diploma in Practice Management, Business Administration, or Project Management will be highly regarded.
