Including a multidisciplinary team headed by an enthusiastic Geriatrician, nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work and pastoral care worker.About the Role:Mercy Health Albury - Geriatric Evaluation and Management Inpatient UnitCasualTo provide best practice care as a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary team.Act in a position of advocacy for the patient and their family.Be a part of this compassionate team in providing quality care.About You:Essential requirements: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered nurse.Must have current immunisation of diseases as listed in NSW Health Policy Directive.
