Material Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to manage material collection and delivery to subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the project team to manage material collection and delivery to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Produce accurate delivery dockets for all outgoing dispatches.
* Provide clear work instructions to drivers.
* Identify and address delivery issues, delays, or disruptions.
* Organize materials for easy access.
* Visit suppliers to expedite materials and report progress.
* Ensure dispatch documentation and photographs are completed, filed, and stored correctly.
