Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Parkside. The Account Broker Assistant will play a vital role in supporting brokers by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring timely follow‑ups
* Preparing quotations and coordinating with clients and insurers to review and manage policies
* Supporting brokers in fostering strong client relationships
* Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with claims management
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of insurance and brokerage processes
* Proficiency in administrative assistance, record‑keeping, and scheduling
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
* Experience supporting insurance brokers or similar roles (advantageous)
* Proficiency in office software and industry tools
* Diploma or relevant qualification in business, insurance, or a related field (beneficial but not essential)
* Understanding of insurance‑based systems such as Winbeat, Sunrise, Steadfast SCTP
