Beaconsfield Fitness Centre is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic person to take on the role as our Gym Receptionist at our fantastic club. We have a high performing team already, so you are joining a group of colleagues all working alongside each other to drive the club to its highest potential. This is a casual role.
Your primary focus as Gym Receptionist is liaising with customers and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for facility upkeep and NO selling required.
About you
The position requires someone with:
* A proven history of performance in customer service and sales
* Exceptional people skills and a personality that enjoys helping people
* Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure
* Proven to be genuinely capable of working to a high level under limited supervision (self-motivated, driven and passionate)
* Competent and savvy around programs including Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
* You need to be a high performer and want to make a difference to peoples’ lives
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Connect, inspire and build relationships with the members of the club
* Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
* Manage and update client accounts
* Greet people as they come into the club to enquire, making them welcome and comfortable
* Interacting with members on the floor to ensure that their time in the gym is more enjoyable
* Maintain the facility’s high standard of cleanliness
* Being involved in the sales process including selling and administration requirements
