Sales Assistant – Casual (15–20 hours per week)
Location: Healey's Motorcycles, Airport West, VIC
Healey’s Motorcycles is a small, well-established used motorcycle dealership based in Airport West.
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team and help deliver a great experience for our customers.
This is a casual position (15–20 hours per week) with Saturday availability essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Support customers with motorcycle sales, trade-ins, and finance inquiries
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the showroom
- Update and manage online listings (e.g. Bikesales, Facebook Marketplace)
- Assist in processing sales and completing necessary paperwork
- Coordinate test rides and assist with motorcycle deliveries
- Help with general day-to-day dealership operations
- Source inventory from the private market as needed
- Motorcycle inspections and valuations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (not essential)
- A passion for motorcycles – riders or enthusiasts highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Basic computer literacy (email, social media, listing platforms)
- Experience with a DSLR camera is a plus
- Availability to work Saturdays (essential)
- Most importantly, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
