* Lead the recruitment, management, and development of Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping, and Maintenance staff.
* Drive the delivery of exceptional customer service and manage member and guest reservations at the property.
* Establish a culture of safety across the property, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety practices.
* Manage financial operations, operating within budgetary parameters, ensuring procurement, cost controls, and revenue are optimized.
* Maintain assets within the property, ensuring they are well-maintained and up-to-date.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including council, industry bodies, and community groups.
* Oversee the operations of onsite facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
