About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Fleet and Accommodation Support Officer join us in this exciting role designed for operational support in the delivery of staff accommodation and fleet functions of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
As the Fleet and Accommodation Support Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of professional and effective client service regarding the allocation of accommodation and fleet vehicles. This will include:

* Providing professional and effective client service regarding the allocation of accommodation and fleet vehicles
* Managing fleet bookings using Booking Intelligence
* Liaising with staff to assess and meet accommodation needs in a professional, responsive manner
* Respond to ad hoc tenant enquiries and issues
* Maintain accurate records across Accommodation Scheduler and Booking Intelligence systems
