Key Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with sales teams on solution features, architectural issues, implementation considerations, cost elements, and effort estimates.
* Analyze client requirements against Unisys offerings and architect solutions accordingly.
* Contribute technical input into bid proposals, projects, and documents, and identify additional sales opportunities.
* Demonstrate products at customer sites and collaborate on product and service recommendations.
* Maintain knowledge of company and competitor products / services.
* Analyze detailed client requirements (RFPs, RFIs).
* Guide solutions through the Unisys Deal Review Board.
* Lead or support architectural and solution reviews.
* Support strategic planning and business case development.
* Architect solutions with integration in mind.
* Develop cost estimates and solution models.
* Refine architectural models.
* Follow Unisys SDF processes and architectural artifact requirements.
* Make architectural decisions on solution design and implementation.
* Act as an expert on business processes, software, applications, and infrastructure.
* Coordinate resources for medium to high complexity opportunities.
* Present solutions to stakeholders.
* Support development of integrated solutions for clients.
* Engage early in the pursuit process to shape win strategies.
* Accountable for solution design, innovation, requirements traceability, and client proposals.
* Participate in Win Solution Lab Sessions and high-level solution design.
* Attend DR reviews and support sales and client presentations.
You will be successful if you have :
* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, with 10-12 years of relevant pre-sales architecture experience.
* Experience in the commercial sector, ideally across APAC.
* Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and analytical skills; knowledge of industry standards like TOGAF, ITIL, ISO, Zachman.
* Broad understanding of Unisys solutions or equivalents, with ability to present strategies.
* Experience in proposal processes, including pricing, planning, and negotiations.
* Proven leadership in global solution teams.
* Experience in cost / benefit analysis and risk assessment.
* Ability to articulate solutions to senior executives.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Broad expertise in at least five solution areas such as server OS, networks, security, cloud, applications, etc.
