About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and people-centric HRBP, People and Culture Management to lead global culture, engagement, and people experience initiatives. Based in our Melbourne office, this role will serve as the cultural ambassador across all offices, shaping and strengthening our company identity, values, and work environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster employee loyalty, drive retention, and ensure an exceptional employee journey from onboarding to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of global company culture that reflects Vantage's values and mission. Partner with department heads to embed culture and purpose into every aspect of the employee experience.
* Design and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all regions.
* Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce transparency, trust, and alignment across teams.
* Monitor global employee turnover trends and develop targeted action plans to address root causes. Develop and lead recognition and rewards programs that celebrate excellence and encourage loyalty.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
* 2+ years’ experience specialising in People & Culture, and Employee Engagement functions, ideally from financial services or Fintech, sector.
* Deep understanding of what drives workplace culture, loyalty, and retention.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills.
* Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural environments.
