Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering reliable and consistent service to customers.
* Leading and driving team performance.
* Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff in the accounts team and across the Private Management team as required.
* Referring matters to the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or the Supreme Court when necessary.
Essential qualifications and skills include:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Understanding of NSW Trustee and Guardian's key services and customer base.
* Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with customers in various circumstances.
