Refrigeration Technician – Service & Repairs

Climate Plus is growing, and we’re looking for a qualified Refrigeration Technician to join our tight-knit team.
This is a service and repair role — no duct runs, no new unit installs. Just solid diagnostic work, maintenance, and problem-solving across residential and light commercial systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Fault finding, servicing, and repairs on A/C systems
* Diagnostic work that keeps your skills sharp
* Working independently with support from a strong office and management team
* Delivering quality workmanship and professional customer service
What We’re Looking For
* Licensed Refrigeration Technician
* Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
* Keen to learn and grow with the business
Skills & Requirements
* Current driver’s licence
* Construction White Card
* Current refrigeration licence
* 4th Year Apprentices encouraged to apply
