We are working with a leading Australian law firm based in Melbourne for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Funds & Superannuation team.
The Role: The successful candidate will join a prestigious Funds & Superannuation team, advising leading Australian and global institutional investors on a wide range of investment activities across traditional and emerging asset classes.
The lawyer will work on complex transactions including pooled fund investments, co-investments, joint ventures, capital partnerships, and direct investments into private market assets such as real estate and infrastructure. They will also support clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to their investment activities.
2+ years’ PQE
Strong funds and superannuation background
Experience liaising with clients and other stakeholders
Strong team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technically excellent
