TLEA is seeking applications for a full-time Officer, Permit-to-Work to join our team at the Kwinana plant, working a 5/5/4 roster.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the TLEA permit-to-work system, including the design and coordination of isolations to support weekly planned work and scheduled plant shutdowns. You will manage all permit-to-work hardware and system requirements, working closely with the planning team to develop efficient and safe isolation plans that enable effective work execution across both planned maintenance and shutdown activities.
Through strong collaboration and attention to detail, this role plays a critical part in supporting safe, reliable operations.

Profile description:
* Support production teams to achieve safe execution of the TLK Permit-to-Work (PTW) system in line with the weekly plan.
* Design and implement Standard Isolation Lists in line with planned work.
* Ensure all PTW activities are undertaken in accordance with TLK policies and procedures.
* Operate electronic PTW system.
* Engage and communicate with key stakeholders (production, planning, maintenance, contract and shutdown teams).
* Provide training to external resources (contractors) and TLK personnel to ensure alignment of latest TLK Procedural standards when required.
What you can bring
* 3+ years' experience in base metal/ore refining/chemical plant operations utilising a Permit to Work system.
* Minimum Cert. III in Process Plant Operations or equivalent.
* Insert essential requirements from PD
* Excellent understanding of permit to work systems and experience working with an electronic permit to work system.
* Understanding isolation practices of plant and equipment.
