The Role
* Leading and mentoring Restaurant Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Driving revenue growth by optimising commercial performance, controlling costs, and implementing strategic initiatives.
* Building strong local partnerships to elevate the brand and engage with the community.
* Ensuring operational excellence, from quality control to compliance and team development.
What makes you perfect?
* 3+ years in a Venue Manager, RM, or multi-site role within hospitality or retail.
* A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing teams.
* Strong business acumen with experience in driving key metrics like sales, labour, and COGS.
* A passion for community engagement and strategic partnerships.
* Hands-on, adaptable, and able to lead from the front.
