We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (2+ years) who can confidently manage campaigns end-to-end, contribute to strategy (not just execution), and work collaboratively within a supportive, ego-free team.
What you'll be doing:
Managing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social campaigns
Conducting keyword research, audits and optimisation
Writing clear, effective copy for ads, websites and social
Tracking performance using GA4 and delivering practical insights
Contributing to strategy and client performance conversations
You'll bring:
Solid agency or multi-client experience
Strong copywriting and analytical skills
Confidence speaking with clients (no jargon)
A proactive, thoughtful approach to your work
Comfort using AI as a tool, not a shortcut
Bonus: GTM, Meta certifications, EOS familiarity.
