This is a senior role to work closely with clients and stakeholders on a diverse mix of proejcts. Oversee projects through all stages. Outstanding communication and organisation skills required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects through all stages but particularly in the early client and stakeholder stage
* Lead small teams
* Manage more than one project at a time
* Lead and mentor younger staff
* Oversee documentation stages
* Ensure excellence in client service, design, documentation, detailing and construction advice
* Work effectively with government clients including SINSW
Skills and Experience
* Approx 10 + years post graduate experience on high quality mid scaled projects
* Experience with stakeholder groups and NSW government clients
* Experience on education projects valued but not not critical
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
* Experience at achieving design outcomes within budget
* Positive attitude
* Some revit experience valued but not critical
