**Hey You**
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering key messages, campaigns, and content for the Marketing Team to grow brand awareness, leads, nurture current client and partner relationships.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Digital communications and marketing
- Campaign development, content creation for digital and social media, advertising, print production, and promotional activities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Writing, proofreading, and researching, with the ability to craft and refine content tailored to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging manner
- Managing website analytics tools, including Google Analytics
- Conducting website audits and implementing updates for optimisation and accessibility requirements
- Supporting the wider communications, events and fundraising teams with content and campaigns as required
Essential Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Cert IV in disability, community services, employment services or a related field;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtain;
- A tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience that could be equated to tertiary qualifications.
- 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation
Desirable:
- Experience with dynamic content and audience segmentation
- Photography and Videography skills
