Role Description
This is a full time role for a Customer Service Manager, based in COWRA, NSW. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all customer interactions post sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer queries, service & parts tickets, logistics, and delivering exceptional support. Additional tasks include developing strategies to enhance customer experiences and improving service processes for efficiency and success.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
* Proven Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer service operations and processes
* Problem solving abilities with a focus on achieving effective resolutions for customer issues
* Proficiency in customer service management software and tools is a plus
* Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment
* Natural ability to multi-tasking and juggle competing priorities
