Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.Find out more and .**Your opportunity**Mission Australia’s Targeted Youth Support Service (TYSS) works with highly disengaged young people aged 10–18 in Southern Tasmania who face complex challenges and multiple risk factors. Through a voluntary, client-centered and trauma-informed approach, TYSS combines practical assistance with therapeutic support to address immediate needs and underlying issues that contribute to risk and disengagement.As a **Youth Support Worker**, you’ll provide intensive case management, develop individualised support plans, and work collaboratively with families, community organisations, and other professionals to help young people overcome barriers across multiple life domains.
